Screentest.biz was created by our new entertainment company, NEHST Studios. We believe that people have been excluded from the film production process for too long, and we built Screentest.biz so you can have access to actual movie, television, and web roles.
We are producers, directors, casting agents, and others in the media business. We are actively looking for talent for greenlit pictures and projects. Pictures we have done have won Oscars, Golden Globes, and multiple festival awards. We have discovered a number of stars and directors who are household names today. The better your profile, the better your chances are of being noticed by the casting director. There are many roles for beginners in the business. Many films are actively looking to discover the "next great" talent. It's a numbers game. Like any working actor, the more roles you submit for, the more chance of an audition.
Screentest.biz has relationships with a number of top casting directors in NY, LA, and Europe. Other casting directors may apply to have their casting calls listed on the site. We will only accept roles from qualified casting directors, and these must be greenlit, funded projects. Nehst Studios has a major film fund to produce features, television, and web content and is casting exclusively through Screentest.biz.
Only the casting directors and their assistants, as well as the site administrators. No other actors or site visitors have access to your profile.

You should consult your agent or manager about where you are able to submit, and whether you are able to submit without going through them. As it is not necessary for everyone to have an agent or manager to submit for roles, it is not mandatory to solely submit through them.
Yes. They will take note of you, but for the best response it is recommended to re-submit your profile for each role you would like to audition for.
If after the casting director views your profile and he/she decides they would like you to audition, you could be called in for a pre-screen. You will be sent audition material, called "sides" to audition with.
You will automatically get a receipt from the site when you submit your profile for a role. You will be recontacted once the casting director reviews your profile and decides whether or not they would like to meet with you. This will vary depending on the casting director. You will receive a response either way. Screentest.biz has a guarantee that if for any reason a project is cancelled or delayed over a year, you will receive a full refund of your submission fee, or may use a credit towards another submission.
This will depend on the casting director. Occasionally it takes longer than a few days to sort through the submissions, and the casting director may be accumulating actors to audition before he or she starts contacting people. The site is not responsible for the response time, unless the project has been cancelled or postponed.
On the top left portion of the screen you will see LOGIN where you must enter your username and password.
Screentest.biz will accept still photos of not more than 3mb each in jpg, gif, or png formats only and a limit of 20mb per video in the MPEG, QuickTime, AVI and WMV formats.
Simply follow the directions during the creation of your profile. You will also have the opportunity of changing and adding to your photos and video. If you have any difficulty please contact the site administrators at screentest.biz.
We will help you input your information onto the site, but we will not accept emailed or mailed role submissions.
